Available privacy choices

Depending on your location, relationship to SalesPitch AI, and the applicable law, you may request one or more of the following:

• Access and export: receive information about processing and an appropriate copy or portable export.
• Correction: correct inaccurate personal information.
• Deletion: request deletion subject to lawful retention, security, billing, suppression, backup, and evidence exceptions.
• Restriction or objection: ask to limit or object to particular processing.
• Withdraw consent: withdraw consent where consent is the basis for future processing.
• Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising: submit an applicable opt-out even though the public site does not currently use advertising cookies.
• Outreach opt-out and suppression: stop future outreach and preserve the minimum suppression evidence needed to honor the request.
• Appeal a decision: ask American Business Capital Group, Inc. to review a privacy-request decision where applicable.

Submit a protected request

Authenticated workspace owners should open Account & Setup to create tenant-bound request evidence. Other people may use the SalesPitch AI contact center with the request type, their relationship to SalesPitch AI, and a safe return contact. A completed Access / export review can authorize an appropriate account-data package without turning Beta into unrestricted lead export.

Submitting a request does not automatically delete, change, disclose, or export records. American Business Capital Group, Inc. reviews identity, authority, scope, applicable law, active billing, legal holds, suppression duties, source licenses, security evidence, and lawful exceptions before an outcome is applied.

Identity, authority, and Authorized agents

American Business Capital Group, Inc. may compare request information with account or interaction records, ask for a signed authorization, or request additional non-sensitive proof. An authorized agent must show authority to act, and American Business Capital Group, Inc. may still verify the person’s identity directly where permitted. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card data, or raw lead files.

Appeal and Non-discrimination

If a privacy request is denied or limited, reply through the same verified channel with “Privacy appeal,” the original request reference, and the reason you believe review is appropriate. American Business Capital Group, Inc. will route the appeal for a separate review where required. SalesPitch AI does not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right, although a requested deletion or restriction can make a feature unavailable when the information is necessary to provide it.

Global Privacy Control and browser signals

The public site recognizes Global Privacy Control as a privacy preference signal where applicable. SalesPitch AI does not currently use advertising cookies. Browser settings can also block or delete storage, though disabling essential technology may affect authentication, security, preferences, or interrupted-request recovery.

Prospect outreach choices

A prospect can use the opt-out method supplied in an authorized message, ask the caller to stop, or contact C.O.L.T.E.N.™ with enough non-sensitive context to locate the interaction. A valid request should be applied to the appropriate suppression scope and retained as minimum evidence so the person is not reintroduced through another list or import.
