Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
The customer-facing billing rules for SalesPitch AI subscriptions and memberships sold by American Business Capital Group, Inc. through Stripe.
The exact policy versions shown here also appear in checkout and onboarding. A future material revision will use a new version and require review where appropriate.
Prices, plan details, and taxes
Pricing schedule updated September 8, 2026. Starting September 8, 2026, new SalesPitch AI Private Beta Stripe subscriptions cost $150 USD per month or $1,800 USD per year. Existing Stripe subscribers who accepted the prior $75 monthly or $900 annual rate retain that originally accepted rate for the remainder of the first 18 consecutive months while their subscription remains continuously active and in good standing. The annual rate is exactly 12 times the monthly rate and is an annual billing option, not an additional annual-prepayment discount. Both cadences provide the same Private Beta capabilities and limits. There is no trial, setup fee, automatic overage, or separately included provider charge unless checkout expressly says otherwise. The exact price, currency, cadence, included entitlements, and material limits shown at checkout control. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected separately after tax configuration review. A membership or subscription purchases plan access; it does not guarantee lead coverage, replies, calls, qualification, meetings, attendance, conversion, savings, revenue, or any other business outcome.
Recurring billing, rate protection, early access, and renewal
Recurring plans renew automatically for the monthly or annual period shown at checkout until canceled. By completing checkout, the customer authorizes Stripe to charge the selected payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes. The accepted checkout rate is protected for the first 18 consecutive months while the subscription remains continuously active and in good standing. Active subscribers receive early access to eligible new Private Beta features and releases as those capabilities become verified and available for the cohort; separately priced add-ons and third-party charges are not included unless checkout says otherwise. A canceled subscription that is later restarted uses the then-current checkout price. A future price or material plan change will be disclosed as required before it applies.
Checkout and billing authority
Checkout remains locked unless American Business Capital Group, Inc. has approved the current Terms version and the customer explicitly accepts that version. The Stripe receipt, subscription, invoice, and payment state control billing evidence. A website button, prepared checkout reference, or application preview does not prove that payment succeeded or that paid capabilities are active.
Usage limits, Private Beta data use, calls, add-ons, and provider charges
Plan entitlements and fair-use limits are shown before purchase and inside the customer workspace. Private Beta provides up to 250 retained leads, 10 products, and 25 C.O.L.T.E.N.™ campaigns per month, plus no more than five verified self-test calls per UTC day to no more than five user-owned U.S. numbers, one call at a time. Bulk company and lead extraction is unavailable before October 1, 2026 and is not automatically included after that date. Protected account-data portability remains available through the reviewed privacy-request process. Usage beyond an included limit, a paid add-on, carrier traffic, AI processing, licensed data, or another provider charge applies only after the applicable price or charging method is disclosed and authorized. Unused entitlements do not roll over unless the plan expressly says otherwise.
How to cancel
An eligible recurring plan may be canceled through the Stripe-hosted billing portal when enabled or through the SalesPitch AI contact center. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal and preserves paid access through the current billing period unless applicable law or a signed order requires a different result. A customer should retain the portal or support confirmation as evidence of the request.
Refunds and billing corrections
Except where applicable law, a signed order form, or an expressly published refund commitment requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable. American Business Capital Group, Inc. will review a timely, good-faith request involving a duplicate charge, incorrect plan or amount, unauthorized transaction, or failure to apply a confirmed cancellation. A review does not promise a refund, and any approved correction is returned through the original payment path when practical.
Failed, reversed, or disputed payments
A failed, reversed, or disputed payment may pause or end paid capabilities while account and billing evidence is reconciled. Safety controls, suppression records, privacy requests, and records required for security, legal, tax, or accounting duties remain available or retained as applicable. Customers should use the support path before initiating a charge dispute so American Business Capital Group, Inc. can investigate safely.
After cancellation or account closure
Cancellation does not recall calls, messages, provider work, or calendar actions already accepted by an external provider. It also does not automatically erase customer data. Access, export, deletion, and retention are handled under the Privacy Notice, Privacy Choices Center, and Data Lifecycle & Retention Notice, including legal-hold and suppression obligations.
Billing help
For a billing question, cancellation, receipt, or charge review, use the SalesPitch AI contact center from the account owner’s business address when possible. Include the organization name, safe invoice or subscription reference, requested outcome, and relevant date. Never send a full card number, password, API key, or raw lead file.
Use the authenticated billing center when possible.
It shows Stripe-verified plan and billing evidence without exposing payment credentials.
